Pika Pika Starlit Sky Camp:
A train speeds along the track through the mountainous Johto region. The pichu bros. sit on top of a train car riding along happily. A bunch of smoke blows in their faces and turning them black and they both laugh at how the other looks. There's a mail bag uphead for the train to get but a skarmory knocks it around and makes it hit the pichus right off the train and into the forest!

The twins fall heavily on a branch near a wynaut munching on a berry causing the branch to catapult them across the area. Meanwhile, pikachu, totodile, Togepi, Cyndaquil, Corsola, and Psyduck are all enjoying themselves in the woods too. Suddenly a pichu falls on psyduck's head, then the other pichu, then wynaut. Pikachu sees his old friends and they happily dance around. Wynaut is overlooked through all of this and startes to cause a scene. They all greet him and he calms down, then they all decide to look for food. Soon they find trees loaded with juicy grapes and start to eat. Totodile slips out of the tree on accident and falls on cyndaquil.

The cute hair pichu brother finds a grape low enough for him to reach but it moves away every time he tries to grab it. The find out it's a sudowoodo and try to get the grapes from it. Sudowoodo makes wynaut mad somehow and the get into a fight. Wynaut must not've been threatening enough or something beacause Sudowoodo just leaves.

The group comes to a pond and decides to wash their faces after the meal. There are waterfalls that resemble small stairs. Totodile decides they look like fun and ride down them. He uses his water gun to shoot the pichu brothers up the falls abd the slide down again. All the pokemon have turns having fun in the pond with totodile.

Meanwhile, meowth and Wobbuffet are out in the boondocks hiking. Meowth stops but wobbuffet doesn't and rams into him making them both tumble down a hill.

Back with the group, they have stopped to set up a camp. Cyndaquil starts a fire and they all relax. Something makes spooky laughter behind no hair pichu and freaks him out. He looks around, but nothing's there. Neat hair pichu goes into the woods with wynaut to find the thing making the sound. They hear the laughing again and a scray Yomawaru appears and comes right at them. Neat hair pichu hides behind wynaut but it turns out wynaut and yomawaru are friends! Yomawaru, Wynaut, and pichu walk back to the camp talking. Neat hair pichu gets an idea to scare his brother with yomawaru.

Yomawaru taps Cute hair pichu on the shoulder and dissapears when he turns around to look. Yomawaru does this over and over again until he finally appears right in front of cute hair pichu and scares him out of his wits. The Cute hair pichu's screams cause all the other pokemon to look at him blankly. Then no hair pichu, wynaut and yomawaru come out and everyone excpet cute hair pichu laugh. Yomawaru says bye to everyone and leaves now.
It's starting to rain and they wonder where they can stay for the night. A volbeat flies up with a big leaf for an umbrella. He wants the group to follow him to a good place to stay to for the night. And so they do. Totodile splashes mud all over cyndaquil the whole time too. Eventually they come to an old flour mill run by a water wheel in a stream. They all go up on the second floor and sleep on the gears.

Meanwhile, meowth and wobbuffet need a place to stay too. The come upon the mill and wander inside. They both just look around the place absentmindedly. Wobbuffet carelessly presses a switch that turns everything on. Upstairs, all the gears start to move and the sleeping pokemon wake up. They all rush around avoiding any moving parts. One of the pichu brothers is about to get ground by the wheat grinder but Wynaut rushes in and saves him just in time. THe whole mill is getting wrecked now. Wheel are coming looses everywhere. Totodile gets stuck runiing on top of one and it goes rampaging aroumd the mill. Pichus are stuck in some sort of elevator thing and wynaut tries to save them but gets caught in it too. The place is just chaos and some of the pokemon fall through the 2nd floor and onto the first. Meowth and wobbuffet even get flung out of the mill and into the stream. The poor duo then gets catapulted far away by the mill's water wheel.

Since pikachu, pichu bros., and volbeat fell down to the first floor they hit the switch and turn off the mill. Everything finally settles down and they lie down for their well deserved rest.

In the morning volbeat leaves the group and they continue on their way. THe group climbs a hill and to their suprise they see the pichu's train stopped at a station! All the pokemon slide down the hill on leaves and rush to the train but it starts to leave. Only one pichu has made it on board and the other can't seem to make it. They hop on a push car but they canm't move it. Wynaut calls out and a ton of wynauts come to help them. They start to catch up to the train but still aren't close enough. Cyndaquil uses it's flamethrower to boost the car up to the train. It looks like they're going to make it now but meowth and wobbuffet just happen to be wandering across the tracks. They get hit, go flying into a switch, and the tracks change so the car veers off the right path. Fortunately, the path took them right onto a bridge going over the train. Phanpy picks up pichu and threw him to the train. Everyone realizes pichu was going to fall short so totodile uses water gun to blast him further. All the pokemon fall off the bridge and land on some hay and pichu lands on the caboose with his brother. The pichu Bros. wave goodbye and the pokemon wave back. Bet you're wondering what happened to meowth and wobbuffet huh? Well, they both landed in the coal car and got all dirty.

Latias and Latios- Guardians of the Water Capital:
Alto Mare is a beautiful city with many canals used for transportaion giving it the nickname "The Water Capital". Beneath it's hot tourists sights and beauty though, there is a secret...

The legend goes that many years ago in Alto Mare, a husband and wife found two children, a brother and sister, knocked out on the beach. The couple took the kids home and cared for them until they got better and after a while the two children came to love the couple. Their lives seemed happy until one day... A dark, cloud covered the city and began to rain strange crystals from it. Whatever the crystals touched would be turned into a darkness. The husband and wife tried to protect the children but couldn't because they were outisde. Suddenly, the brother and sister began to glow and the crystals were destroyed. The kids rose up into the air and revieled they were actually legendary pokemon, a Latios and Latias. They called upon more Latias and Latios to come and help save the town. The dark cloud is dispersed and all but one latias and latios leave the town. The magical gem, Teardrop of the Heart, was left behind to Alto Mare as a reminder of that day.

Two women, one with strange blonde hair with large spiral ends and the other with normal blue hair, sit in a library reading through countless archives of the legend. A security guard comes by and the women leap out the window to make their getaway. The books on the shelf slip down where a book is missing and a card and rose fly out into the guard's hand. The two lady thieves get into a shiny pink car which zooms off and then turns into a jet and flies away. These two are Zanna and Rion, Team Rocket members, the two fly off in their jet to Alto Mare.

Alto Mare is shown from above. The scene zooms in and makes a tidal wave. Then the water goes does and shows the movie title.

Today is a special day in Alto Mare, a race through the canals is going to be held and everyone is excited. Ash and Misty have both entered, Ash using totodile to pull his chariot-like boat and Misty using corsola for hers. The race begins and right off the bat Ash, Misty, and one other person with a wailmer are all in a tie for first place. Brock is standing on a bridge cheering with pikachu on the railing next to him. A pretty girl comes and brocks gets all lovey-dovey acccidentally knocking pikachu off the rail. Pikachu lands on Ash who happened to be going under the bridge and makes him mess up a bit.

Two semi-transparent figures fly over the city, though no one notices.

The race continues and Ash, Misty, and the third trainer are still neck and neck for first place. The canal gets skinny and everyone has some difficulty.

The transparent figures glide around and fly by Jesse, James, and Meowth who are pigging out on pasta. They fly unnoticed over the crowd of people watching the race and by an open window. A girl thinks she sees something odd but can't make it out.

Ash is doing well in the race but gets messed up on one particularly sharp turn and goes flying towards the wall. Mysteriously, Somehting grabs Ash just in time and he doesn't hit it. He's very far behind the others now, but he refuses to give up and urges totodile on. Something suddenly grabs the robes and starts pulling the boat really fast. He catches up to Misty and the other guy but suddenly something jerks the rope and makes him veer into another canal that's not on the course! The thing pulling his boat won't stop and he hits the stairs at the end of the canal. Ash manages to bail out over the railing so he's safe, but extremely puzzled.

Misty and the guy with the wailmer are still at it on the race course. Inches from the finish line Misty wipes out but corsola goes over the line just a tiny bit so she wins! The guy who kept up with her the whole time congratulates her and offers to take her and her friends around town since he is a boat driver. They get on board the dude's boat and after viewing the lovely scenery begin to examine Misty's trophy. It's made of green glass with Latios and Latias forming a cirlce around a pretty little jewel in the middle. Ash asks the guy about the pokemon mand he explains how Latios and Latias are guardians of the city. Although, no one has ever seen them, everyone still believes they exist.

Next to the group of kids was a courtyard leading up to a tall building. A strange camera is flying around the building. Zanna and Rion are contolling it with a remote, surveying the city for Latias and Latios. Rion puts a sort of scanner on one of the cams and saying that a pokemon that camoflauges as human, can't camoflauge a human perfectly. Through the camera, normal people walked around looking like usual. Suddenly a blue figure was seen amongst them. Zanna and Rion took off excitedly, they had seen what they came for.

Ash and co are wandering around the back alleys of the city, just exploring and stuff. Pikachu sees a water pump and runs to get a dri nk from it. When he gets to it though, no one is there to pump the water for him. Pikachu is a bit dissapointed and is about to walk away when suddenly the water starts to pour out for him. He looks up and sees a girl wearing a green shirt and a white skirt pumping it. Pikachu drinks happily and Ash finally catches up. The girl had already started to walk off. On a hunch, Ash decides to follow her.

The girl is seen walking along the canal. Zanna and Rion are there as well. Zanna puts on some scanner glasses and looks at the girl. It turns out she is really Latias camoflauging as a girl! Zanna and Rion walk up to her and talk to her inconspicuosly before calling her Latias. She is shocked and tries to run away from the Rockets but they sent out an ariados and an espeon to get her. Espeon chased Latias and ariados jumped in front to keep her from escaping. After she is hit with psychic, ariados ties her up with spider web attack. Since Ash happened to be following Latias, he came and stopped the fight. He has no idea it's latias, but the girl is in trouble and he tears the web off of Latias so she could get free. Zanna and Rion tease him and order Espeon to use psybeam on him. Ash is hit, but looks ok. He grabs latias and they run away before anything else can happen. Espeon and Ariados run after them but Ash and Latias lose them in the bustling city. Latias begins to lead Ash someplace whixh turns out to be a park where Brock and Misty are eating Icecream. Ash turns around, but Latias is already gone...

With that incident behind him, Ash takes the time to relax. The trio heads over to the Alto Mare Museum just to check it out. Zanna and Rion have a flying camera watching them and they hop in their boat to go find Ash. Jesse, James, and Meowth are eating ice cream cones and get splashes by their boat when they speed by. Jesse is mad, but James recognizes them. Zanna and Rion are the number one team rocket members. Eager for competition, Jesse decides they should follow them so they can learn how to get to be number one too.

The museum looks big, but there are few exhibits inside. They look at some fossil of kabutops and aerodactyl embedded into some tiles. Misty thinks they're creepy. Then a man comes along and tells them the real neat stuff is in the next room and leads them there. A huge thing surrounded by pillars and with a semi-circle shaped thing in front is in there. There are stained glass pictures from the book Zanna and Rion stole on the cieling. The kids marvel at the whatever it is and the man explains that according to old Alto Mare legends, it controls the island if something goes wrong.

Ash glances up out the window and notices a girl painting. It looks just like the girl from earlier except now she has a white beret on. Ash leans over to get a closer look but accidentally leans against the pillars of the thing and gets yelled at by the museum guy. Ash looks back out the window again and the girl is already packing up her stuff and leaving. He tells Misty and Brock he'll meet them at the Pokemon Center later and runs out to go after the girl. Every where he goes she's always there, but he nevers gets close enough to talk to her. He follows her through a balcony down through a courtyard and finally meets up with her on the other side of a canl and starts to talk to her. She yells "who are you?!" at him angrilly and runs away. Ash goes after her again, but soon comes to a four way intersection with no one around. Ash uses his instincts and goes left...

The left way lead to another canal, but there is no sign of the girl, just boats and people. Then he sees her. She's standing on a bridge, but she doesn't have her beret or her art supplies with her anymore. She runs off, wanting Ash to follow her. Through the bustling city the go until Ash comes to a vine covered road that looks a bit spooky. Ash hesitates to go in and watches as the girl walks right through the wall at the end of the path. Ash runs in and stares at the wall. Pikachu walks throguh it and Ash decides it must be OK and goes in after him.

Ash came out into a huge garden with lots of big trees. The girl is sitting on a swing and Ash runs up to her but something bursts out of the water nearby and flies at them. Pikachu tries to shock the thing but it dodges the electricity. It bashed pikachu and turned around to make another pass at them. Suddenly the girl on the swing gets up and puts herself between Ash and the thing. Whatever it is stops, then Ash sees what it is. Latios! Latios is really mad that Ash is there and looks like he's yelling at the girl. Then Ash hears a voice! Another girl that looks just like the one in front of him except she has the beret and art stuff! Is it the same person? The girl with the beret was really mad and told Latios to attack Ash but the other girl got in the way. Suddenly the man from the museum is there too. He tells the girl with the beret that all latias wanted was to play with Ash so if whe wanted to she could. The girl grabs ash's arm and brings him to the swing to play. Ash is puzzled at why the man called the girl Latias, but he swings with her anyway. Then he looks over and sees a latias swinging next to him and freaks out.

Latios excepts Ash and pikachu as friends now and licks pikachu on the face. He picks pikachu up and starts to give him a ride, then latias joins in and give pikachu a ride too. The real girl with the beret introduces herself as Kanon. She's artist who takes care of Latios and Latias here in the garden. The man from the museum is her father. Kanon and her dad show Ash the legend of the Alto Mare and then the magical gem, Teardrop of the Heart which is sitting in a pool of water. The Teardrop of the Heart is the source of all the water on the island and literally keeps everything going. Latias tries to bring Ash in for a closer look but drops him. Fortunately, latios caught him. No one notices the flying camera nearby. Zanna and Rion have found them...

Latios and Latias want to show Ash something they can do and latios dives into the pool where there is an underwater tunnel connecting the city and the garden. Latios' eyes glow and on the surface with the others, Latias' eyes glow too. The garden turns into an underwater scene suddenly. Ash wonders what's going on and Kanon explains that Latias can project what Latios sees. Latios swims past a school of remoraid and everone else can see it like they're swimming past them too. Ash suddenly realizes it's getting late and that he said he would meet Misty and Brock at the PKMN Center. Kanon's dad takes Ash into his boat house, which happens to be connected to the garden. Latias doesn't want Ash to leave but he has to.

Kanon give Ash a ride to the center. He asks why Latias disguises as her. Kanon says that Latias is very playful and gets lonely sometimes so she goes about the town doing random things using her form because Kanon, Latios, and Latias are best friends.

Later that night, Zanna and Rion sneak to the garden. The leap from building to building stealthily. Jesse, James, and Meowth see them and try to do the same, but fall onto a lamp post. Wobbuffet come sout and makes them all fall off and crash to the ground. Zanna and Rion have arrived at the boathouse. They send espeon to go take out Kanon's father up stairs and sneak in. Latios and latias hear them and wake up. Latios goes out first to see what's going on with Latias following behind. He tries to tackle the Rockets but the dodge it. No matter what he does, they always dodge it so Latias and Latios try to camoflauge themsleves with the scenery in the garden and attack. Somehow, Zanna and rion still dodge them perfectly. Then they put on their special glasses so they can see where Latios and Latias are hiding. Rion orders her ariados to uses night shade. It hits Latias but Latios jumps in the way to defend her. Zanna throws a ball at Latios that opens up into a net and captures him.

Zanna tries to get espeon to uses tackle on Latias now that she is out in the open, but Latios jumps in the way again even though he is in the net. Latias tries to help but they get her with a psychic attack. Zanna tries to throw a net ball at Latias, but Latios jumps in the way again. Latios yells a latias to run away before she gets caught. Latias dives into the pool and goes out into the city through the tunnel. Zanna and Rion smirk at their capture and take the Teardrop of the Heart. It shines and looks very beautiful, the thieves are even in awe by it. The take pictures of the tiles of the legend and the laptop begins to decode everything.

Latias goes to the pokemon center, knowing only one other person who could help. The window to Ash's room is left open and Latias as Kanon climbs in. Ash wakes up and is confused as to whether it's Kanon or Latias. Latias sobs on Ash's shoulder and since latias can't talk, Ash figures it's her. The real Kanon and her dad run into the garden and realize they're too late. The Teardrop is gone...

Zanna and Rion have taken latios to the museum where the wierd thing from the legend is. They began to perform the steps they got from decoding the legend. First they put Latios into the semi-circle shaped pedestal. Rings come up and surround Latios to keep him in place. A pattern of lines glow red and provide energy for the machine. The pillars all around the thing go down and the main machine comes up. The thing is shaped like a scale for weighing thing. One end has an orb and the other has a spot to place something to equal the weight. Mechanical arms pop out here and there too. The next step was to put the Teardrop of the Heart into holder on the machine to equal the other orb. Rion does that and the machine automatically makes it get clamped in. Kanon and her father come to stop them but espeon uses psychic and easily takes care of them. The third thing to do was control the machine manually. The orb originally on the machine comes down and opens up revealing a seat and control panel for them to sit in. Zanna is afriad to do it so Rion steps up.

Meanwhile Ash is back at the center telling Brock and Misty about Latias. They don't really believe him since Latias looks like Kanon at the moment. Latias reveals herself and Brock and Misty are very suprised. Latias' eyes glow suddenly and the room becomes what Latios is seeing. Ash sees Kanon is being held hostage and that Latios is in the machine; his energy being taken from him to power it. The trio watches as Rion and Zanna revive the fossils in the museum and send the out to go find Latias. Latios is getting weak from his energy being drained and he passes out. Latias can't show them anymore since he's unconscious. Ash decides there is only one thing to do. Free Latios!

Rion didn't want anyone else coming into or leaving the city so she inititaed total lockdown with the machine, draining even more energy from Latios. Anywhere there was a door, hole, or exit of any kind bars and other blocks grew up.

Ash looks out the window to see what's happening. When he realizes he's about to be sealed in, he and Latias jump out the window. He tells Misty and Brock they'll have to find their own way out he runs off in search of a way to the museum. All the roads are blocked off so they have to got to a canal to use a boat. They're going to the boat, but the revived aerodactyl comes and attacks them from behind. It grabs Latias and Ash jumps onto aerodactyl to save her. He tells pikachu to use thundershock. Ash and pikachu are flung into the water and Latias gets frightened by the thundershcok and hides. Aerodactyl is charging up hyper beam and Ash frantically tries to swim away. The beam just barely missed but had forced Ash to go under water. Latias comes out of hiding to help Ash and they make their getaway with Latias pulling Ash in one of the chariot-boats from the race earlier. The aerodactyl had found them again and was chases them down the canal. Latias wove in and out try to lose and finally got away when took the boat through a narrow passage. They think they've escaped, but the speed by the revived kabutops and it starts to chase them too.

Meanwhile, Brock and Misty are wondering what to do since they are locked in. Misty suggest they let their pokemon out since they could go through easily so that Ash would have help. Crobat, corsola, and politoed go off and brock climbs the fence.

The kabutops is still after Latias and Ash. Latias turns a bit to sharply and the boat flies out of the canal and onto the street. The kabutops caught up and was about to get them when it suddenly got attacked by crobat, corsola, and politoed. Ash runs off to the museum with Latias. Zanna sees ash coming and tells Rion. Rion selects another option on the machine and the water in the canal in front of the museum comes to life. Rion controls the water with a wave of her arms and it moves the way she moves. Zanna, on the other hand, thinks her partner has been possessed by the machine or has gone psycho or something. Rion make the water come up traps Ash and Latias in a column of water and begins closing in on them. Latias makes a ball of light that protects them from the water.

Ash and Latias made it to the machine just as it started to go haywire. Rion couldn't get the control panel to work and the orb closed and locked her in, then the machine begane to spin with her trapped inside. In the confusion of it all Ash frees Kanon from the web ariados spun around her. Latias rammed the rings holding Latios in a feeble attempt to free him. Pikachu tried thunderbolt on it, but the electricity was deflected. Ash then started tackling it and pikachu too. everyone is bashing the rings and it's not working, then finally Latias makes the glowing light ball surround herself like before in the water column and bashes the rings.The machine turns off enough for Kanon, Ash, Latias, and Kanon's dad to drag Latios out, Then the machine shuts down, stops spinning, and the control panel opens back up. Zanna runs to check on Rion who is all sick from spinning so much. The bars closing in everyone in the city open up and the aerodactyl and kabutops return to being fossils. Kanon sees the Teardop of the Heart. Something is wrong, it has turned purple. She picks it up and it shatters in her hand. The control pod on the machine suddenly closes up and Zanna gets traped inside with Rion. The machine then closes back up all together the way it was before.

All the water in Alto Mare begine to recede back into the ocean. Then the ocean itself drains out towards the horizon. Since the Teardrop gave water to Alto Mare and now it was gone, the water was going away! This definatley wasn't good. Latias and Latios fly up to the tallest building in town and begin to fly around and around the sun-shaped crest on top. Somehow they knew this would bring the water back, however they didn't know jsut how much would come. A huge tidal wave rushes at the town now and everything seems hopeless.

Latias and Latios fly out to the wave and glow bright white. They merge together into one big ball of white light. The wave crashes against the light, but the light just gets bigger and bigger. All the water in the wave stops and they let it back down so that barely any damage was done to the city.

In the ball of light Latias looks for her brother. She looks and then finds him... He is now only energy. The machine had drained him low and then stopping the wave made him lose the rest of his life. Latios was now only an energy the glowing same color of The Teardrop of the Heart in the shape of a Latios. The energy Latios put his hand on top of Latias' hand, nodded to her, and became a beam of light that went up into the sky. Then he was gone.

The next day Ash, Misty, Brock, Kanon, and Kanon's dad all set off to find Latios and Latias. The looked around for a while, then pikachu noticed a bunch of water pokemon carrying Latias who was unconscious. They managed to get her onto the boat and she woke up. Latias frantically looked around for Latios as well as everyone else. Kanon's father realized what had happened and told them how Latios knew he didn't have enough energy to do this and he had sacrificed his own life to save everyone. Latias' eyes glowed suddenly and the scene turn to what Latios was seeing now. He wasn't totally gone yet and and the vision of the earth getting smaller and smaller was visible to everyone. Soon it got too small to see and stopped, Latios was gone now. Then the scene from Latias went all black and became a scene of light gathered around kanon. She stuck her hand out and a dazzling light filled it. The light turned into a new Teardrop of the Heart. Then the vision stopped. Kanon looked in her hand and saw that she actually had the new Teardrop! Latias was very sad, Ash tried to comfort her by saying that Latios ;left something for themto remember him by.

Kanon returned to the pool and put the new Teardrop in. The garden became lively again and everything seemed to return to normal...

Later that day, the is on a boat about to leave the island. They decide to make a pitstop at Kannon's house to say goodbye though. The ask her dad if she is home, but she isn't. Ash just says to him to tell her they said bye next time she's around, then they got back in the boat and began to leave. Up in Kanon's room Kanon swipes something wrapped in paper and runs after their boat. Ash asks the boat driver to stop and Ash goes to meet Kanon on the pier. Kanon hands Ash the thing wrapped in paper, kisses him on the cheek, and runs off. Misty and Brock are both suprised, but Brock the girl crazy nut praises Ash for his "good work". Ash knows it wasn't really Kanon though, it was Latias thanking him. He unwrapped the thing she gave him and it was a painting of him with pikachu on his shoulder.

On the boat, Ash looks up in the sky and sees three figures flying by. It looks like two are Latios and one is Latias. Alto Mare is safe again...

Back in the machine, Zanna and Rion discuss oddish's evoloutions, arguing over who looks better and who's stronger. Their pokemon, espeon and ariados peer in through the crack at them. Then the slightly opened orb closes.

During the Credits...
Ash and co. go back to the mainland.
Kanon's father fixes the machine since it got damaged during everything.
Zanna and Rion get rescued from the machine's cockpit, but get arrested and make the front page.
Kanon is painting and just hanging out.
In jail with Zanna and Rion, they look at a book about Lawrence III and hope to steal treasure from him.
